Another week has passed… did you do anything to make your life more awesome? These ladies did & I’m loving it.
First up, we have the chick who went from “scrawny” to buff just by practicing push-ups for 100 days. Some pretty stellar progress. Hmmm…. thinking about trying it myself. Maybe instead I’ll try pull-ups, which are my nemesis.
More into trying a mental vs physical Hey Eleanor moment? Banish your phone from the bedroom for a month. Sounds insignificant, but that’s simply not true.
